Personal Training

E22P0094

I have the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals.

Some people hate the intimidation factor that so many gyms and even fitness classes to some extent possess and will see their fitness goals and targets cut short because of this.

I am here to offer people the chance to gain gym experience but without the fear factor. I have a studio gym from which people get the chance to follow their tailor made programs designed by myself with the comfort of knowing that no one is watching and judging them.

See below how I can help you achieve your goals:
  • Weight training – I have a powertec leverage gym that can perform over 20 weight lifting exercises such as squats, bench press, lat pulldown, cable row etc. It can withstand over 200kg at any one time. I also have a variety of free weights and barbells for exercises such as deadlift or military press.
  • Cardiovascular training – I have three CV machines. Treadmill, crosstrainer and bike. I have designed various LSD and interval training programs that can help promote cardiovascular benefits such as a lower resting heart rate and improved breathing.
  • Muscular development and toning – A lot of people think that if they lift weights they will automatically get bigger. That really isn’t the case. If your goal is to gain healthy weight and tone up without looking big, I have a program just for you.
  • Specialized diet plans – I can design nutrition packages to work alongside your workout routines. This really gives you the full package, once I know your likes and dislikes I can supply you with a food plan that is specialised just to you. These plans include supplement advice and any other nutrition queries you may have.

Results May Vary: Causes for being overweight or obese vary from person to person. Whether genetic or environmental, it should be noted that food intake, rates of metabolism and levels of exercise and physical exertion vary from person to person. This means weight loss results will also vary from person to person. No individual result should be seen as typical.
