It was amazing to meet Joe Wicks (The bodycoach) in New york

On a recent family holiday to New York, whilst visiting the freedom tower, I was lucky enough to bump into Joe Wicks (The bodycoach). He seemed like a really genuine guy and was more than happy to take a photo with us. This for me is someone who you aspire to in the health and fitness industry. His methods of diet and exercise, are backed up by thousands of peoples amazing transformations, and it was amazing to stand next to this guy for a photo.
