Every session is different so you never know what to expect and do not find yourself getting bored of the same workout. Luke also provides superb nutritional advice and additional workout ideas for the days I have at home. The results talk for themselves – I have dropped from a size 16 to a size 12 in nearly 4 months, 3 x a week one to one sessions have really changed my life, I feel like a new person mentally and physically. That is with having the odd cheat meal & the odd glasses of wine 🙂 just with the right guidance from Luke.!
