About me


My name is Luke Bennett. I have a level 3 diploma in fitness instructing and personal training and I am qualified in level 3 nutrition.

I completed my training with Premier Training International Ltd who are recognised as one of the leading training companies in the UK.

I am heavily interested in weightlifting, mainly hypertrophy training and have found that this is something I am truly passionate about. Alongside this, I maintain a lean look through boxing training and HIIT sessions and I train anywhere from 4 to 6 days a week.

The Gym / Studio

After an impressive first year in business we have expanded and opened a new gym studio on the Porte Marsh Industrial estate in Calne. The gym is equipped with the very latest fitness equipment and along with my knowledge, clients can go on to smash their goals, with a wider variety of exercises at their disposal. The gym has four cardiovascular machines, a squat rack, a multi-functional leverage gym, cable machine, punch bag, kettlebells, dumbbells and that’s just to name a few. The gym studio is designed to cater for everyone of all ages and fitness levels, to ensure that they get the full gym experience, without actually stepping into a commercial gym.
